I've been off and on over the past couple years since getting back into photography if I want to just post on Instagram, or 500px, if I want to manage a blog, or if I want to do both. But I feel like with current social media prioritizing video, and short form content over photography and stories in that matter, it just makes sense to get into blogging.
I really just want to share what interests me, what I see and learn along the way, and really want to be able to look back, and see, read, remember the things I've done, the thoughts I've had, and be able to really see how I've changed, or grown over time.
So this site is the accumulation of that efforts. I'll continue to post on 500px, and instagram, I still have a full gallery of the photos I take, but I'll do more curated content here, and content with thoughts, and of course links to the gallery if there's a larger gallery to view.
I'll start out with posting some older content and stories, I have a handful of drafts I'm working on, and I hope to post between 1-2 times per month, but we will see if that's sustainable.
